Kineto uses cookies, which are small text files stored on your device when using this product. Cookies are used to remember your preferences and improve your browsing experience.

Apart from cookies, we also use other types of storage, such as:

Our product uses these types of trackers:

  • Strictly necessary: These allow you to move around the product and use essential features like secure areas. Without these trackers, we cannot provide the requested services. Your consent is therefore not required for their use. We use these trackers:

    • To identify you as being logged in to our product and to authenticate you.
    • To make sure you connect to the right service on our product when we make any changes to the way the product works.
    • For security purposes.

  • Personalization: These are used on the basis of your consent to provide products or services or to remember settings to improve your visit. We use personalization trackers for purposes such as:

    • Remembering settings you've applied, like layout, text size, language, preferences, and colors.
    • Remembering whether we've already asked you if you want to take a survey.
    • Remembering whether you have engaged with a particular component or product list in the product so it isn’t shown again unnecessarily.
    • Showing you when you're logged in to the product.

  • Statistical: These collect information about how you use our product, for example, which pages you visit and whether you experience any errors on the basis of your consent. Statistical trackers do not collect any personally identifiable information. They are only used to help us improve how our product works, understand what interests our users, and measure the effectiveness of our advertising. We use statistical trackers to:

    • Carry out web analytics and provide statistics on how our product is used.
    • Obtain data on the number of features users that have viewed a product.
    • Help us improve the product by registering any errors that occur.
    • Test different designs for the product.

    Some of our statistical trackers mentioned above are managed for us by third parties. We can also share the content of such data with them. We do not allow third parties to use these trackers for purposes other than those listed above.

  • Marketing: These are used on the basis of your consent to track your visit to our product and other products and websites, including the pages you have visited and the links you have followed, which allows third parties to display targeted ads to you on the websites you visit.

    We and our third-party service providers use marketing trackers to:

    • Link to social networks, such as Facebook, that may subsequently use information about your visit to our product in order to provide advertising or other offers that may be of interest to you when you visit other websites.
    • Provide third parties with information on your visit so they can present you with advertisements or other offers that may be of interest to you.

In some cases, personal data may also be transferred to countries outside the European Union and the EEA. In such cases, we have taken adequate measures to ensure that your personal data are processed in compliance with data protection laws, such as concluding standard contractual clauses issued by the European Commission.
